REFUNDS
REFUNDS:
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund for faulty products in accordance with ACCC guidelines.
The Australian Consumer Law guarantees cannot be excluded by law. If the product you have purchased has a fault, we will offer a refund, or replacement in accordance with the law.
To Seek a Refund or Exchange for a faulty product:
A. Please contact us directly via email
B. Return the product within a reasonable time
C. Provide the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Products can be returned via post. The Wilmington Rodeo Club is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
If the return is approved:
Exchange: Your exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refund: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval.
Please note that if you purchased your product via credit card, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Please provide your emailed invoice as proof of purchase.
Please be advised we do not refund the original freight cost for an order unless we confirm that the product is faulty. Consumers must keep receipts in order to be reimbursed for any reasonable return costs.

Delivery
Through processing an order online, you are agreeing to our ‘Delivery Policy’, if you do not agree with our policy then do not place an order with our online store. In this policy the use of ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refers to Wilmington Rodeo Club Inc.
Postal Service
Wilmington Rodeo Club uses Australia Post for the delivery of all online orders within Australia. We do not ship overseas.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post.
Express post is not available.
Cost
A flat rate fee of $11.00 for standard shipping will apply to all orders under $200 and a flat rate of $15 for orders over $200 to all orders within Australia.
Please note insurance is not included in standard shipping.All postage and associated costs displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars, GST inclusive.
Delivery Schedule
Provided that the products ordered are in stock and the full payment has been received, the delivery time can take between 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) from the date the payment is received. For remote and interstate this may vary.
If the products are not in stock and need to be ordered you will be advised when product is available and standard shipping will apply.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, delivery times may vary due to changes in supply, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us via email.
Receiving your Orders
Unless otherwise indicated, we will deliver your order to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.
All risks and costs associated with providing an incorrect delivery address shall remain with the customer.
